Today, Cingta, an independent organization in the higher education field in China, published an article about Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) titled "Study in An Unlimited Way in This Young STEM University". With the focus on the GTIIT undergraduate's research experience, Cingta spoke highly of the achievements that GTIIT had made in innovative education and talent cultivation.
Over 80% of the first two classes of GTIIT graduates received offers from world renowned universities, among whom 95% entered the world's Top 100 universities, and more than half started further study in the Top 50 universities. It is impressive that 13% of the GTIIT graduates have been admitted to programs in the world's Top 10 universities. Over half of the offers are to research programs around the globe. GTIIT graduates have also been successfully finding employment and have found rewarding positions in international companies and emerging unicorns in China and international, in dynamic industries such as new energy, artificial intelligence, 5G communications, etc.
Cingta pointed out GTIIT had sowed the seeds of innovation among the students, by providing an English-teaching environment, open academic atmosphere and innovative teaching mode. GTIIT undergraduates opened the door to the world of science and research and many of them had published on the international journal as the first author or co-author. Even more, GTIIT is building an innovation ecology, spreading the seeds of innovation to the world.
