Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) Campus Job Fair 2023 was held on March 30, giving students opportunities to communicate with the recruitment teams and keep up with the latest trends in the industry. Students were attracted by the jobs offered by companies from different industries including food, biotechnology, chemistry, materials, etc. Prof. Lin Danming, Pro-Vice Chancellor of GTIIT attended the activity.

Prof. Lin introduced the undergraduate programs and talent cultivation of GTIIT. GTIIT cultivates pioneering scientists and researchers with innovation power, global vision and humanities. GTIIT students are provided with career planning training during four-year undergraduate studies and are encouraged to improve their comprehensive competitiveness by participating in scientific research and internship, to become high-quality innovative talents who meet the demands of the industry and society. GTIIT graduates were high recognized by the universities, institutes and companies for their research ability and innovative thinking.

Quite a few company representatives pointed out that GTIIT is the highland of education and innovation in the east Guangdong area, providing innovative high-level talents for the local companies and industries. GTIIT Campus Job Fair enabled them not only to promote their companies, but also to directly communicate with the possible candidates, helping them know more about the talents and the market trend. Vital Group team came to GTIIT for the first time and was welcomed by the students. The team held an in-depth discussion with GTIIT leaders to seek further collaboration.

Zeng Jianrong, Human Resource Manager of Vital Group pointed out that GTIIT's Materials Science and Engineering Program had unique advantages in research platform construction and talent resources, which highly matched the business direction of Vital Group. He hoped that GTIIT could cooperate with Vital Group in different aspects including solving technical problems and cultivating talents.

GTIIT has collaborated with different companies to cultivate talents, build internship bases, transfer knowledge and technology, and more. Besides, GTIIT set up Career and Learning Center and provided related courses to strengthen students' ability. Through multiple measures, GTIIT continuously helped graduates to succeed in their career life.
