During the long vacation, Zeng Yuying and Zhang Haoming decided to prepare for the upcoming "Creating Youth" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of Guangdong Province. They successfully got the ticket to the province competition with the fifth place in city competition. They will work hard to find the winning code and make their team stronger.

The team will encounter various problems in cooperation, and effective is inseparable to solve the problems. Each team member has its own knowledge structure, experience, and characteristics. How to learn from the best of others requires everyone to consider the overall situation.

Every time we face a controversial issue, everyone may get mad. However, it is only under this situation that wisdom can be produced. A small entrepreneurial competition is full of talents. There are technical masters with dozens of patents and entrepreneurial ventures with millions of financing. As a young students’ team, we feel pressure in the competition.

However, challenges are often accompanied by opportunities, and strong opponents and tremendous pressure also enable us to grow rapidly. We believe that we will get good prize in the finals.

Xie Junpeng, a student from the cohort 2022 received his first national utility model patent certificate this holiday.

The opportunity for this certificate application comes from the metal material-related problems encountered by Xie Junpeng during the internship. After countless experiments, he found a solution, and discovered the feasibility of putting this solution into actual production, and then got this patent certificate.

In addition to constantly improving themselves in the professional field, GTers also try to improve themselves in other fields. Ran Ning, a student from cohort 2022 participated in the activities of Beichen Youth, and found a different part of her in the dance.

This summer, I wanted to challenge myself and try something that I had never done before, so I tried improvisational dance. During the dance, all the music, actions, and lighting are improvisations. In the chaos, we are surrounded by darkness. This is a feast of emotional flow. I have long-lost experience of freedom and stretch. There is no need to remember dance moves, precision and perfection, everything is improvised, and it is a very memorable experience.

It’s the first time that I cook so many dishes to welcome my dad home.

After getting tired of eating in the cafeteria and takeaway, I tried to cook by myself. I have to say that cooking by myself is really time-consuming and tiring. Just cooking lunch and dinner, I have to prepare from morning to night, and I can feel my mother's hard work at home. However, when I heard the appreciation of my friends, I felt proud of myself.

After the final exam, all members of our D206 dormitory went to Naoao together. We went on the beach, visited the popular shop, ate barbecue late at night in the sea view room, played table games, and tried sea motorcycles, sailing and other projects. It is fortunate to be a roommate with them and share the beauty of life together.
