Consulate General of Israel in Guangzhou
This holiday, He Zhenting and Lu Baiyu, applied for internship opportunities at the Israeli Consulate General in Guangzhou. How do they feel when facing new challenges?

I am an intern in the office of the consul general.
During the internship, I followed the consul general and the team to visit various companies and participate in related cultural activities. I also made a summary of powerful companies in South China, classified and analyzed the cooperative relationship between these South China companies and Israeli companies or Israeli universities, and reported directly to the Consul General.
In a meeting of a cooperative enterprise, watching investors and entrepreneurs chattering at the table brought me some different thoughts.

It’s my first internship in the Israeli diplomatic department, working with diplomats and employees from Israel, and doing cultural studies in the Zhujiang New Town office. These are all new experiences for me as an engineering student.
My main task was to complete a cultural research report on Israel and Southern China. In addition, I also went out with the team, visited the company, went to the library to hold exhibitions and so on.
After this month, I found that the work of diplomats is not as mysterious as I thought, but it has played a vital role in building a bridge between China and Israel.
I am very grateful to the diplomats and Chinese and Israel employees for taking care of me. They helped me successfully went through this challenging month.
China Israel Jizhi Technology
China-Israel Jizhi (Guangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as CIE) is a consulting company that specializes in providing solutions for the transformation and upgrading of high-tech industries. Through the internship Lin Ziyang learned the importance of market demand.

During my internship at CIE, I knew about many high-tech technologies that have been marketed or are seeking marketization. I understood that R&D must consider not only its own problems, but also need to analyze market demand.
This internship has improved my ability in information retrieval and processing, and has also let me learn about many high-tech technologies in Israel, such as wind power generation, smart agriculture, and the cosmetics industry.
Here, I met many new colleagues, and also met old friends. They gave me valuable suggestions and helped me a lot for my last year study and application.

Speaking of his internship experience at Sirio, Jiang Yizhang felt very satisfied. He said: "I used precision instruments, developed medicines and experienced criticism and praise. There is really no regret."

This August, I became an intern at Sirio R&D department.
Product function research and development occupies a relatively upstream position in the entire Sirio industrial process. Searching for materials on the Internet and exploring the core formulas of new products is our daily work.
In my opinion, most of the skills used here are covered in university studies. Seniors here helped me a lot at work. This experience will be of great benefit to my future life.

In early July, GTIIT and STU organized the volunteer activities for the country people. Some students came to Guanyi Village, Zhanglin, Dongli Town, Chenghai, to carry out student assistance services.
At the beginning of August, 15 GTIIT students from different grades voluntarily formed a team of peer mentors. They used their summer time to serve freshmen and help freshmen quickly adapt to the new university life.
